Barcelona and PSG clashed in tunnel after Kylian Mbappe comments

Barcelona and PSG players reportedly ended up in a brawl after Tuesday’s Champions League clash at Montjuic.

Mundo Deportivo are reporting that Barca players were furious after hearing Kylian Mbappe shouting in Spanish “This is football and it is on the pitch where we have to talk” as he entered the dressing room after the win.

The comment apparently enraged some Barca players who “went after him” and a brawl ensued with players exchanging “insults, shouts and shoving.”

It’s claimed “a crowd of more than 60 people formed” but there was no physical damage done to anyone as the brawl eventually subsided.

Mbappe is also said to have tried to provoke Barca fans in the stadium before he left the pitch with a few gestures before heading to the dressing room.

The striker may well come up against Barcelona again next season with Real Madrid, as he’s expected to sign for Los Blancos this summer.
