Barcelona have confirmed the signing of striker Ivan Cedric from Las Palmas on a one-year contract.
However, the deal does include a purchase option of €3 million, meaning Cedric can continue at the club if he can impress during the current campaign.

The 22-year-old Spanish-Cameroonian moves on loan from Las Palmas after joining the club following a spell with Real Valladolid.
Cedric is a tall forward, known for his finishing and aerial ability and has previously described himself as “a hardworking, fast player with a knack for scoring. I like to find space and feel comfortable in the area.”
Barca Atletic’s new signing will certainly be hoping he can get in among the goals for Albert Sanchez’s side in the new season.
The team are yet to win in their first two games of the season. Sanchez’s side opened up with a 1-1 draw against Real Union and were then beaten 2-1 by Andorra.
