Fermin Lopez was back in Barcelona training on Tuesday in the team’s penultimate session before Thursday’s Champions League clash with Monaco.
The Spain star has been out since picking up a problem on international duty but is now back and could be in the squad for the trip to France.
Also called up to Tuesday’s session were cousins Guille and Toni Fernandez from Barcelona Atletic.
Injury to Dani Olmo means there’s a chance the two youngsters, who have been starring for the B team, could also be heading to France with the first team.
Hansi Flick is now finalising his squad before the game which should also see the return of Ansu Fati from injury.
Ferran Torres is also being tipped to play as he’ll be suspended for the weekend’s clash against Villarreal after his red card against Girona.
We should get more team news on Wednesday when Flick speaks to the press ahead of the Champions League opener.
